Doyle Assurance Group Terms of Service Agreement

  1. Introduction

Welcome to Doyle Assurance Group. This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of our services and platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

  1. Effective Date

This Agreement is effective as of December 28, 2023.

  1. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website and will apply to all subsequent uses of our services.

  1. User Guidelines and Acceptable Uses

Users are expected to use our services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Users must not misuse our services in any way that could harm us or other users.

  1. Prohibited Behaviors and Activities

Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to, unauthorized access to our services, infringement of intellectual property, harassment, and any illegal activities.

  1. User Contributions Clause

Any content you contribute to our platform, including reviews and comments, must be lawful and respectful of others’ rights.

We provide insurance brokerage services, including life insurance, annuities, financial planning services, and various health products. Each state governs its own laws regarding the provision of health products.

  1. Description and Frequency of the Service

We offer ongoing insurance brokerage and advisory services. Specific services and their frequency will depend on the user’s needs and agreement.

  1. Terms of Payment and Compensation Details

Payment terms for our services are as defined by the insurance carriers’ agreement, not Doyle Assurance Group.

  1. Responsibilities and Obligations of Both Parties

Responsibilities and obligations are as defined by the insurance carrier. Each insurance carrier has different requirements. Refer to your service agreement provided by the insurance carrier. Notify Doyle Assurance Group if you do not receive a product service agreement within a reasonable time frame. Some carriers send this agreement electronically. Specify if you would like one by mail. Each carrier differs; manually requesting a physical copy can be done by calling Doyle Assurance Group or the carrier directly.

  1. Payment

Doyle Assurance Group does not collect payment directly; all payments, when missing a policy, are made through a secure agent portal by the carrier, not through a payment portal associated with Doyle Assurance Group.

  1. Scope of Services

The scope of services provided is as outlined by your insurance carrier, not Doyle Assurance Group.

  1. Amendment

This Agreement can be amended only in reference to the terms of service set by the insurance carrier, not Doyle Assurance Group.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement under the conditions set forth in individual service contracts.

  1. Liability Insurance

Doyle Assurance Group maintains appropriate liability insurance for its services.

  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information.

  1. IP Ownership

Intellectual property created during the provision of services will be owned as specified in the individual service contracts.

  1. Choice of Law/Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Texas, United States, specifically in Collin County. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in Collin County.
